“Who Am I?”
3 day intensive retreat
Awareness Intensive with Udo Keuper
An intensive retreat that invites you to practice with the most important question of life: “Who am I?” . A powerful process of awakening that has grown out of the ancient Indian Advaita tradition. It found global interest and recognition by the Indian mystic Ramana Maharshi. In a modern way it finds its application here.
How much time do you spend every day, in a year, or in your life with yourself to meet you and really connect with who you are, with your Self?
In this exam you have the opportunity to take this time to bring more clarity and ease into your life.
Charles and Eva Berner brought this process into a group structure in the 70’s in California. The retreat is structured in such a way that you can go deep completely and with all your devotion, in search of your innermost core, your being, where you are no longer separated from yourself.
It is a path that leads you into a ‘no-mind’ state, into a deep relaxation of your true nature and thus connects you with the reality of your being. This form of practice in dyads helps you to become more conscious, to move through the different layers of your personality – so you can go deeper and deeper.
It is your own journey of discovery of your identifications and beliefs, opinions, judgments, fears, shame, desires, conditioning of the past to be in touch with your true essence in the end.
When these identifications are recognized as such, it facilitates the connection to our truth and at the same time gives us another sense of awareness.
The method is simple and very direct. It supports and cultivates the inner passion for the real that lets you experience your self as you are. It is a great journey through the mountains and valleys of your life in search of restoration with what it is like.
The group is in silence and isolation.
The speech is only spoken in the active communication technique to answer “tell me who you are?“. Active meditations, helpful insights from various mystics of the past and present and moments of calm and integration support the process.
Personal interviews with each participant are very helpful.
No analysis, no interpretation – it is a personal exploration to everyone’s own truth.
I would like to invite you for these 3 intense days to allow yourself to be touched in your innermost core, to emerge fearless, with joy and gratitude, in a wonderful celebration of this blessed gift – your life.
