What is rebalancing?
body therapy that harmonizes and balances the body
Rebalancing is a holistic body work whose starting point is primarily the physical structure. Rebalancing combines deep connective tissue treatment and joint loosening with the training of movement and self-perception to improve the interaction of individual body parts in relation to gravity.
An integrated structure, as it is aimed for in rebalancing, straightens up the body and leads to the avoidance of incorrect loading of joints and overloading of tissue. This helps the body to achieve a new balance and lightness, which increases general well-being.
Restore the body
In order to restructure the individual body parts in themselves and to bring them into harmony, rebalancers work on the fasciae. The fascia system can be imagined as a large, fine network of thin connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone and organ as well as the entire body.
Binding tissue that has become shortened, hardened or immobile due to accidents, one-sided posture, chronic tension, lack of exercise or other traumas can be revitalized by rebalancing touch.
What a rebalancing session does
The changes that can be brought about by a rebalancing session are progressive in nature. Old movement patterns are no longer appropriate or pleasant.
The organism gets the opportunity to reorganize and orient itself according to its own gravity in order to adapt to the constantly changing demands with greater ease.
