Rebalancing
To be in balance means to enjoy a certain physical lightness, to move upright and free. Through deep work on the fasciae we bring the body segments back into balance.
Trager Method
Through gentle, wave-like movements, the entire body system is invited to let go into its deepest layers – our nervous system can regulate itself.
The Trager method is a gentle physiotherapeutic form of massage in which physical and mental aspects are treated equally.
Craniosacral bodywork
Elemental in the MU massage is the touch of the craniosacral pulse. This is a second pulse, beyond the heartbeat and breath. This pulse moves our cerebrospinal fluid rhythmically up and down between our skull (cranium) and the sacrum (os sacrum). The brain fluid renews itself continuously, regulates and influences our nervous system – which protects and strengthens it.
Elements from Shiatsu, acupressure and the polarity work of Dr. Randolph Stone also support the MU massage.

How I work with you
As we learn most easily through pleasant experiences, each MU massage develops from a compassionate interaction between you and me. Every movement and touch – which you experience lying comfortably on the treatment table – wants to convey how free your mind and body can be.
The session takes place in an unintentional, meditative state. With increasing relaxation of mind and muscles, the impulses can be carried from the connective tissue to the cell level. Independent of the nervous system, all sensations such as well-being, freedom and naturalness are stored in the body and brain by neuropeptides.
The individual treatment path is determined by your unique anatomy and what you feel. With tensions and restrictions, the touches become easier, more exploring. Old patterns, emotions and traumas can be released sustainably. You experience a free flow of movement and balance in your metabolism and hormone balance.
The most important thing to me about everything is to give my clients a feeling of relaxation, lightness and welcome as soon as they enter; and it is just as fundamental to me that this continues throughout the session.
